Conceived in 2010 by Dan Serbanescu, Tanz Ohne Musik stands for the aesthetics of pure analogue electronic frequencies, filtered through the organic and subjective sides of the human body and of the inner self and visually translated into Luna's hypnotic and timeless imagery.

In the 12 years of activity Tanz Ohne Musik produced a vast number of full length albums and EP’s, most of them self-produced in very limited CD-R and cassette editions. In 2016, Tanz Ohne Musik joined the german label Galakthorrö and released the "Infinity" LP / CD, followed in 2018 by the "Night" EP. In 2021, the group self-released "Babes Of The Abyss", followed by a tape edition published by Cloister Recordings US.
